Allard Engineering is a non-profit scientific & educational organization (IRS 501(c)(3) pend.) founded to promote principles of democratic self management by providing a working alternative to the modern capitalist business model, which exploits workers to benefit the elite. This new business model is based upon fairness and openness.
The principles of democratic self management are implemented by the techniques of the Allard Workstream Management System . This software "takes you by the hand" to guide you through a productive work session, in which you take initiative to apply your skills, advancing a project according to a common, visible plan, for common, visible benefit.
Allard products support our work and are characterized by the application of high performance appropriate technology in ways which benefit the most people, and exploit no one.
